Administrators

The Administrators tab in Advocate allows Organizational Admins to add, remove, update or delete the people (Admins) who can act within an Organization or a Program. Learn more below ->

Review the users with administrator privileges across your organization's programs. Through the actions column, you can edit the status of an Administrator or remove their privileges from the program.

Administrators can help manage the program by reviewing Applications and Wishlists and taking actions on behalf of participants and donors.

Managing Administrator Status

Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit the Status of Admins in Advocate
After you have made the appropriate selection, click the save icon, or if you made a mistake, click cancel 'x'

Administrator Status Options

  • Approved - An Admin is active in your Organization or Program.

  • Pending - An Admin is waiting to confirm their status.

  • Denied - An Admin is denied access and won't be able to administer a Program.

  • Withdrawn - An invite is revoked, meaning an Admin cannot manage a Program etc.

Organization Admins are responsible for making sure that anyone invited as an Admin is a trusted person who will follow Reciprocity's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct. Failure to do so will result in account suspension.

If you want to delete an Admin from the system you can always click the garbage can icon in the Actions dialog.

Click the trash can to delete an Admin.
The Delete action will create a warning since it cannot be undone

Deleting an Admin can't be undone. Once an Admin is deleted from this table, you will have to create a new Invitation for them.
