Controls are how you can adjust your Program Settings such as:
Maximum Capacity
Maximum Wishlist Length
Minimum Wishlist Length
Start Date
Application Deadline
End Date
Minimum Date of Birth
Maximum Date of Birth
Donation Link
To edit any of the Program Settings listed above, click the little pencil icon on the right.
If you have questions about certain key terms being used in Advocate you can always hover your curer over the little (?) icons to find our 'help' text.
To edit any of the Program Settings above, click the blue pencil icon on the right. For example we might want to increase the program capacity from 100 to 150 participants:
When you click on the pencil icon you'll have a chance to save or cancel your choices.
In this example we are increasing Program Capacity to 150
If you want to save your changes to the program, hit the blue disc icon on the left.
Once you click the save button, after a little loading time you'll see the updated program information:
The success dialog lets you know that your change was completed!
